The reason for the name.
Bisqo begins with the biscuit: savoiardi, soaked to the edge of collapse in espresso, then pulled back. That tension, between too much and exactly right, is what we have been practicing in the Gulf since 2016.
We were the first tiramisu specialist in the Gulf. Now we bring that single-minded focus to New York.
