Bisqo is a tiramisu specialist. Not a bakery, not a cafe. One dessert, refined six years in the UAE and now open in SoHo.

Hand-folded mascarpone, hand-soaked savoiardi, cocoa dusted at service. No shortcuts. The biscuit is the architecture.

Mascarpone, espresso, savoiardi biscuits, eggs, sugar, cocoa. Variations swap in pistachio paste, matcha, or seasonal flavors.

Catering.

Yes. Group orders from 20 to 200. Two weeks' notice preferred, less if we have the kitchen space.

Standard catering: 5 business days. Custom flavors or branded boxes: 2 weeks.

We deliver within Manhattan and Brooklyn in temperature-controlled vehicles. Outside that radius, we arrange courier on request.

Shipping.

NYC metro within 48 hours, packed in dry ice. Outside the metro: not yet. We are working on it.

Insulated boxes with dry ice keep everything between 0 and 5C in transit. You eat within 24 hours of delivery.

Dietary options.

vegan, gluten-free, allergens.

One vegan flavor per season. Ask us on WhatsApp for what is current; we update faster than the website.

The savoiardi makes traditional tiramisu off-limits. We offer one rotating GF flavor; check the menu.

Dairy, eggs, wheat (from savoiardi). Some flavors contain tree nuts (pistachio, hazelnut). Ask us about anything specific.

We make tiramisu wedding stacks, not traditional sheet cake. Talk to us about scale and styling.

Yes. Single-color foil-stamped boxes with your mark, minimum 50 units. Lead time 2 weeks.
